1. About Picki

Picki is an online marketplace platform operated by Alpha Global Tech ("we", "us", "the Platform"). We connect customers ("you") with independent vendors ("Vendors") who sell products and services through their storefronts on the Platform.

Picki is not a seller. We do not own, manufacture, store, or deliver any products. We provide the technology that enables Vendors to showcase and sell their offerings.

2. Your Relationship with Vendors

When you place an order through the Platform, you are entering into a direct transaction with the Vendor. The Vendor is solely responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, and legality of their products and services

• Fulfilling your order in a timely manner

• Delivery of products to you

• Handling returns, refunds, and customer complaints

Picki has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the products, services, or conduct of any Vendor.

3. Payments

Picki supports multiple payment methods: online payment via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD), direct bank transfer to the Vendor, and pay-on-delivery where the Vendor allows it. When paying via Paystack, Picki collects payment on behalf of the Vendor and settles their full earnings less applicable Paystack processing charges — vendors keep 100% of product sales.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that the transaction is facilitated by Picki on behalf of the Vendor. Any payment disputes should first be raised with the Vendor or through Picki's support.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by each Vendor in their store settings. Before placing an order, you can see whether the Vendor allows cancellations.

If the Vendor allows cancellations before they begin preparing, you will receive a full refund. If the order is already in progress and the Vendor allows in-progress cancellations, a cancellation fee may apply as pre-configured by the Vendor.

For Paystack payments, refunds are processed automatically and may take 3–5 business days. For bank transfer orders, the Vendor handles the refund directly. Pay-on-delivery orders that are cancelled before delivery require no refund.

Orders that are already marked as "Ready" or "Completed" cannot be cancelled through the Platform. Please contact the Vendor directly.

5. Your Account & Data

To place orders, you provide your phone number, name, and optionally your email address. This information is used to:

• Verify your identity via OTP

• Process and track your orders

• Enable Vendors to fulfil your orders and communicate with you

• Send you order status updates

Your data is handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection regulations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picki and Alpha Global Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or inability to use the Platform

• Any transaction between you and a Vendor

• The quality, safety, or legality of products purchased

• Delays or failures in delivery by Vendors

• Any disputes between you and a Vendor

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: placing fraudulent orders, providing false information, harassing Vendors, or attempting to manipulate the system. Violation may result in suspension or permanent restriction of your access.

8. Disputes

Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be resolved between you and the relevant Vendor. If unresolved, you may contact us for mediation, though we are not obligated to resolve disputes between customers and Vendors.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
